Starting a Claim with Fjords (For End Users)

In order to start a claim with Fjords we first need some important information:

Find Your Dealer: - They are the gateway to service and repairs!

First and foremost, Fjords USA offers parts warranties on our products and not service warranties.
Fjords USA is a furniture distributer, not a retail store, so in order for us to be able to move forward with your claim we need to work through the dealer you bought your furniture from.

To find out if your product is still within warranty you can see our warranty information in the link below:

The "US" Number- This number is found on the barcode label on the inside or bottom of the chair:

Classic Comfort Collection - Underneath the seat of the chair on the bottom side next to where the base meets the seat (Excluding the Falcon)
Modern Living Collection - While the footrest is extended, it is found on the underside of the seat itself
Relax Collection - While the footrest is extended, it can be found on the underside of the footrest itself

The Date of Delivery - This can be found through a few identifying codes:

The HUS/HCA Number - This number, also known as the confirmation number, is the internal number assigned to an order and can be found on the confirmation email
The PO Number - This number is used by the dealer to us to Identify the order by their own conventions and can used in place of a confirmation number
Invoice Number - This number is used to identify the transaction itself between the dealer and us, and is directly linked to the confirmation number
